Vista Mar is a five-story condominium complex nestled on a hillside in Zihuatanejo only five minutes away from our beaches. It is within easy walking distance of downtown, restaurants, shops and the market. It's location gives great extensive views of the town and bay and draws in breeze throughout the day.
The construction is excellent quality and the complex includes a 9-car parking garage, 24-hour security, forged-iron entrance doors into the building and a living area with bathroom for maintenance on the ground floor. There are three apartments on each of the four upper levels. Top floor apartments (Apts. 401, 402, 403) each come with access to corresponding private rooftop space. The apartments are outfitted with white aluminum window frames and iron forged balconies. FIrst level apartments (101, 102) do not include parking spaces.
