Pantla (also known as Buenavista) beach is the most attractive beach in the Zihuatanejo, Ixtapa and Troncones area. The three mile sandy beach is very wide, the ocean waves are broken by the sand bars for good swimming and the neighborhood is excellent.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath main house covers 2700 square feet, of which 1900 square feet is interior space and the remainder is roofed terrace. The home features marble and tiled floors, all windows and doors are hand crafted cedar.

The spacious octagonal living room has built in sofas, 4 french louvered, screened double doors facing the ocean and high windows in the vaulted roof which keep the area cool year round. The large fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a 9 foot granite bar

The air conditioned master bedroom faces the ocean with 2 double cedar french doors. There is a spacious private master bath and a large walk in closet

The second air conditioned bedroom has lots of hand made cedar closet space. There is an ample laundry and storage room and a section of the roof is accessible up a cedar ladder with a 360 degree second-story view of the ocean and setting sun, coconut grove, and mountains.

Countertops are granite and marble. Showers are marble and Mexican tile. Furniture is built-in throughout most of the house. Every room has a unique shape--three, four, five, or eight-sided, with lots of 45 degree angles. The laundry room is the only square room in the house. Each room's ceiling is unique as well, with only the second bath and hallway being flat; the others are all high and vaulted in one way or another. Ceiling lines follow the roof lines.
