Prices are rising rapidly on beachfront properties on Troncones, La Saladita and Pantla beaches. I am doing my best to keep this web site updated in light of the constant changes in property values and availability.
Pantla Beach
Pantla Beach has the nicest beach and is one of the better neighborhoods. Located between Troncones and Ixtapa, this beautiful sandy beach covered by mature palm trees has views of Ixtapa Island and the hotels of Playa Quieta. Troncones
Troncones Beach is our local success story. Home to a number of private homes, small hotels and bed and breakfast resorts Troncones has a wonderful sense of community.
The 3 mile sand beach, broken by a few rocky points, has become very popular with people who like the feeling of being away from town and the convenience of living just a half hour drive from the conveniences of a major tourist resort.
